Adams first role was as a Junior Recruiter before moving across to operations, where he worked hard to become a Complaints Manager, a stepping stone towards his next goal of becoming an Operations Manager with us. Adam was supported through coaching and feedback by his own Operations Manager enabling him to develop himself and support his own team.
