Customer Experience Technical Support Specialist – Japanese speaker 

Place of work: Work from home


On this position you will be responsible for e-mail support for users of health rings.

We expect

  • Native/fluent Japanese (C1/C2)
  • English B1/B2
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The desire to exceed expectations and ability to take ownership of issues
  • The ability to prioritise and manage the workload effectively, have a flexible approach, be able to work independently, but also a team player
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Working hours Monday Friday 3AM 3PM and Saturday Sunday 6AM 3PM
