You Will


As the VP, Talent Acquisition for NA Operations you will have an opportunity to build a strong TA strategy and partner cross-functionally and with executive leadership to implement the strategy and build actionable tools and resources for our high volume Sitel TA associates.


In this role you will also be responsible for leveraging TA data and metrics to; initiate priorities, define and measure success, influence change, provide guidance for our TA marketing programs, and management of our day-to-day recruitment operations.


  • Lead a Talent Acquisition team that designs and executes recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
  • Proactively identify and address hiring needs and develop sourcing and selection procedures.
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure that recruiting strategies and procedures attract diverse candidates.
  • Lead team to maintain and improve our overall candidate experience.
  • Ensure that talent pipelines are maintained to meet future staffing needs.
  • Lead recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.


  • Participate in our company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement.
  • Research and recommends new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS).
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations' goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to develop the departmental budget.

You Have



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience working in TA- with progressive knowledge and understanding of standard methodologies, including effective approaches to high-volume attraction, engagement, recruitment, selection, and development.
  • Must have experience in data and metrics working as a high volume TA leader.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing teams of direct reports and developing senior individual contributors.
  • Experience in BPO/Contact Center gives you a high-five. 
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to travel approx. 25% or more domestic and international.

  • Advisor/Partner. You drive relationships with leadership, understand the business, have a knack for challenging the status quo and provide feedback to executive leadership. You are constantly pivoting your strategies to ensure that you are aligned with the top priorities of Sitel.
  • Analytics. You love data and use it to influence strategy and leadership. Your expertise in data enables your team to drive consistent results and capture insights from data to support business decisions.
  • Innovative & Technology Minded. In the know of recruitment trends in technology/solutions (ATS, AI, simplify processes) while understanding how to create business cases that demonstrate actual return on investment.
