Job Summary

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) &/or Digital Customer Experience (CX) sales professional to bring his/her unique set of skills and relationships to one of the Top 3 CX-focused BPO’s in the world.

 

 

Business Development professional are responsible for expanding SITEL’s business by prospecting, developing and winning new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) &/or Digital Customer Experience (CX) consulting and transformation space.  He/she will possess a demonstrable ability and honed approach to building intimacy and trust with senior-level stakeholders (c-suite and c-suite minus one) across the CX operations, digital technology and enterprise analytics spectrum.  

 

 

This individual will focus on top domestic and global companies and have experience of building compelling outsourcing business cases for domestic, off-shore and near-shore contact center delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development he/she will develop proactive engagement strategies resulting in profitable long-term outsourcing partnerships.  The successful candidate will produce impactful proposals based on differentiated win themes created through deep analysis and research of client’s strategic goals and business drivers.  The role requires proactive market engagement of target accounts and trust-based relationships with Decision Makers long before RFI/RFP’s are issued. 

 

Sitel Group’s EXP+TM portfolio complements the core Contact Center operations, with best-in-class capabilities in CX Tech, CX Consulting, Automation, Customer Analytics and Digital Learning. 

 

The primary focus of this role is on identifying and closing core CX BPO opportunities in North America, with increasing ratios of EXP+TM revenues.  This could also include selling opportunities into the EMEA market for our North American based global clients. 

Skills/Knowledge/ Abilities

 

 

  • A strategic thinker with a passion for CX
  • Proactive market and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Drive the sales strategy and process from plan to close
  • Clearly articulate the value of Sitel’s integrated BPO and EXP+TM products and managed services
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales opportunities, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain appropriate deal governance and sign-offs
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with client, prospects and across the organization
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Partner with customers to intimately understand their business needs and objectives
  • Ability to progress deals and shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of account
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards to meet/exceed the assigned goals
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Experience

 

  • 5 plus years of sales experience,  BPO or CX consulting and transformation. 
  • Seen as a thought leader by your peers, with a track record of consistently selling $10M+ annual revenues. 

Education

 

 

  • Four-year college degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience

 

 

Travel Required:

  • 75% or more domestic and international travel with potential for extended stays
