Job Summary

For one of our client we are now hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES fluent in English for our office in Varna on full time .

The successful individuals will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer service. They will be responsible engaging with both our customers and partners over the telephone, live chat and email. This role requires a real talent for customer service, a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference.

Working Time: 8 hour shifts between 13:30 - 02:00 h ++

SITEL provides hot meals during the working shifts as well as transportation on the way back (by taxis).

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Responding to customer correspondence promptly and to the highest standards, including complaint resolution
• Using multi- channel medium like telephone and live chat
• Ensuring accurate recording and logging of all contact
• Providing accurate and timely information

 

Skills Required:

• Excellent level of spoken and written English (C1)
• Strong assertiveness and ability to demonstrate customer focus and empathy to minimize possible customer frustration
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
• The ability to keep calm work under pressure
• Ready to work in shifts
