Primary Job Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer correspondence promptly and to the highest standards, including complaint resolution
  • Using multi- channel medium like telephone, live chat and email.
  • Ensuring accurate recording and logging of all contact
  • Providing accurate and timely information


Your skills and attitude:

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English (C1) or German (C1)
  • Strong assertiveness and ability to demonstrate customer focus and empathy to minimize possible customer frustration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized, self-motivated
