You Will

As the Change Management/HR Communications Specialist you will manage a diverse network of stakeholders and will lead the development and delivery of high-quality communications strategies, campaign plans and creative content to capture people’s attention and inspire them to change their behaviors regarding specific Change Management projects within the HR organization.

The primary responsibilities will be supporting the People Services Change Management team with the creation of communication strategies and plans to maximize stakeholder engagement and employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance of the policies, processes and tools implemented in the projects.

Global change management and communications planning and execution are key activities led and managed by this role.

  • Act as a change management and HR communications business partner to a number of key strategic change projects.
  • Develop effective HR communication strategies to manage the organizational changes.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality, written content for internal (and, occasionally, external) channels, in support of agreed initiatives.
  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging campaigns in line with agreed strategies for designated programs, as well as overarching regional change management communications strategies
  • Liaise with the Global Communications, Regional Communications and Marketing teams.
  • Work closely with various project stakeholders and the Change Management Lead to layout & execute a change management communications plan and roadmap for the length of the project.
  • Work with global and regional business units (e.g. Operations, HR) to ensure alignment of activities with other regional and global change strategies and plan.
  • Support the People Services Change Management Director with other projects as reasonably requested.

You Have


  • Degree-level qualification in strategic communications, strategic human resources, public relations, psychology, internal communication, or journalism, will consider equivalent combination of education and experience for the right candidate
  • 3+ years’ experience in change management communications and / or internal communications roles (in-house or agency)
  • Proven success in developing and executing change management communications strategies and campaign plans
  • Evidence of understanding and successful application of change management and / or communication theory
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong people skills
  • Experience leading change management effort for large global HR or technology changes
  • Ability to establish strong relationships quickly
  • Organized with strong planning and strategy skills


  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others toward a common vision or goal
  • Resilient and tenacious with propensity to persevere
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Develop counter strategies to mitigate or minimize potential resistance
  • Be able to reinforce Standard Operating Procedures, Training Materials, Training methodologies, issue management, etc., working in conjunction with Training workstream, and with Program Management
  • Create and manage a plan that will ensure change is a sustained long-term success rather than just a one-time fix
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
