You Will


As a member of Sitel Group’s Global Network Services organization, in this position you will manage the day-to-day relationships with Sitel’s carrier partners.  In addition, you will evaluate and order telecommunication services globally, As the Telecom Manager you will contribute to improving processes and procedures for carrier services provisioning.

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship of our carrier partners
  • Manage carriers from quoting, to ordering, to implementation
  • Assisting in inventory updates
  • Maintaining a database of carrier contracts
  • Facilitate carrier operations reviews

You Have


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in ordering Telecommunications services
  • Project Management experience desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • PC and desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated decision-making leadership abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Carrier methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
