Admin Asst - Tarlac (Temp)

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative services support for individual or staff as assigned.  Creates or edits correspondence, maintains confidential files, compiles special reports, arranges appointments & serves as liaison with others. Prepares presentations, meeting minutes, or proposals. May gather and research data to design and create reports. 
  • May maintain calendars, plan/schedule meetings, book travel arrangements and complete expense reports.  Maintains inventory levels of office equipment and supplies.  Assists with special projects as assigned.


Typical Qualifications:

Education (if beyond High School or equivalent):  High School diploma required, additional business school/two years of college desired.


Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field):  2-3 years experience in general business operations and administrative support.



Strong interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar/spelling. Strong problem-solving skills.  Strong analytical skills and writing skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Good math skills.  Effective time management skills.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.



Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.  Ability to operate general office equipment.  Knowledge of correct grammar/spelling and math.  Ability to maintain confidentiality.  Demonstrated ability to be tactful and professional.  Demonstrated customer service focused and deadline-oriented abilities.  Ability to work under general or limited supervision.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.  Ability to work independently and on a team. Ability to work with a variety of associates.
