You Will


At Sitel, our talent is our strategic differentiator.  As Talent Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in our continued growth by building our Talent and Leadership Development programs for the corporate group in the Americas. 


You will be responsible for partnering with the global talent management team to drive global initiatives including the design, development, implementation, and delivery of high-impact learning and talent development strategies, programs & solutions, career development, succession planning processes, and performance management. 


You will be a true partner to the business as well as our Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team and the HR community.



  • Own and deliver on the design, development, delivery, evaluation, and administration of various learning and development programs including diversity, equity and inclusion, compliance, soft skills, leadership skills development, technology, etc.; with programs conducted personally and/or through third-party resources.
  • You will assess and evaluate organizational needs in the employee journey including learning and development initiatives and programs to facilitate the professional development, career development and succession planning of team members, emerging leaders and executives.
  • Directs talent management and succession planning process by partnering with business partners; provides coaching and facilitation.
  • Creates and facilitates talent assessments and reviews; partners to resources and creates plans to address learning and development needs.
  • Partners with Sitel group MAX team to drive the associate experience as well as utilize MAX connect. 
  • Integrates DEI in all practices.
  • Develops standard KPI’s, metrics, and reporting for evaluating the effectiveness of talent development programs and initiatives; communicates the impact of talent programs and initiatives.
  • Identifies internal subject matter experts to serve as learning and development resources; coordinates delivery of workshops.
  • Markets learning and development opportunities and resources; coordinate with Corporate Communications as appropriate.
  • Manages and optimizes the learning management system (LMS.)
  • Project management as assigned.
  • Sit and Tell reporting, analysis, and action planning in partnership with leaders.
  • Partners with HR leaders to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are at the foundation of all learning and development programs, performance management and succession planning.


You Have


  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of Leadership Development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate live learning events in multiple settings (i.e. classroom, virtual, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organization Psychology, or related field.

  • Current knowledge and understanding of Talent Management and standard methodologies including effective approaches to Leadership Development.
  • Experience defining and supervising success on program initiatives.
  • Passion for driving results.
  • Capable of crafting and communicating a clear project plan and keeping partners advised on the progress.
  • A knack for challenging the status quo and providing feedback to executive leadership.
  • Organizational agility.
