We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisers to join our growing Virgin Media Retensions team at Sitel Stratford-upon-Avon on full time permanent contracts paid at £9.18/£9.50 per hour + the above very generous commission.

Virgin Media needs little introduction, they deliver award-winning broadband and WiFi connectivity to homes as well as providing a connected entertainment service. This brings together live TV, thousands of hours of on-demand programming and a wide-selection of apps to customers through a set-top box and on-the-go through tablets and smartphones.

The Retensions team aim is to offer unbeatable money-saving offers to ensure customers do not leave to go to competitors. 


· Offering customers better deals

· Directing customers to correct lines of business

· General administration work

So What Do You Need From Me ?

What we need from you in order to be successful?

· A willingness to learn new skills

· Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.

· Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people

· A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems

· Previous Sales Experience (desirable but not essential)

Don’t have previous customer service experience or feel like you don’t quite meet all of the above? We still want to hear from you! 

Remember we are going to train you and teach you all you need to know.

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • £9.18ph - £9.50ph 
  • 8.5 hours per day (7.5 hour paid) / 5 days a week, rota operates ACROSS Monday to Sunday
  • Shifts are between 8 am and 9 pm and are rota’d.
  • 5 WEEKS ON SITE TRAINING (9am-5.30pm Mon to Fri) then you can work from home !!!!!
