Shared Services operates 7 days a week as a department, from 8am to 10pm every day!

Full time hours are 8 hours a day 5 days a week

Your shifts are rota'd ie you must be flexible and cannot "pick your hours" or have them fixed

BUT.......

This means if any commitments do come up rather than use your holidays / marked as not in / sick / losing hours you can simply "tag" the hours missed onto any of the 7 days opening hours!

You could work a few extra hours each shift that week / or even make them up at the weekend!

Sitel Stratford Upon-Avon are urgently looking for talented contact centre individuals who have the ability to multi-task on different departments every week.  Our Shared Services Division, which houses x25 different campaigns, means huge variety for our contact centre advisers! These are immediate starts and full time permanent from the off!

Shared Services provides contact centre support for major brands inc :

Ø Budweiser

Ø Ofqual

Ø Vax

Ø YouFibre

Ø Veolia Water

Ø Ryobi

Ø Financial Conduct Authority

Plus many, many more! Our advisers will be able to think on their feet, moving across campaigns, providing an exciting and varied alternative to the normal one discipline contact centre environment. In addition, ALL our campaigns are pure inbound with ZERO SALES!

So What Exactly WIll I Be Doing?

In short helping people and businesses! Duties involve taking calls from both client and business suppliers + customers themselves. This could be all manner of disciplines. A real feel good factor and job satisfaction knowing you have been responsible for multiple processes being achieved!

That Sounds Great! So Tell Me More!

We thought you'd say that!

Ø £9.18ph to £9.50ph

Ø 8 hours per day, working any 5 days from Monday to Sunday

We do Part Time too! However these must be BOTH days at the weekends (8 hours Sat AND Sun)

Ø ALL Shifts are between 8am and 10pm and are rota’d

Ø Overtime available

Ø Paid weekly!

Ø Some of our management were agents just few years previous!
