We are looking for both new and experienced customer service advisors to join our growing team at Sitel Stratford-upon-Avon on a full permanent contract paid at £10 per hour.

Once you have completed our full induction and training experience, you will be responsible for handling Appointment Booking calls for a well-known Healthcare provider, which is made up of:

· Handling calls from private patients booking consultation appointments with specialists.

· Answering and supporting patients with general enquires

· Using internal booking tools to provide appointments at the earliest convenience 

·  PLUS taking overflow calls from all of 40+ Spire Healthcare network =  Variety to assist! 

Once your training is completed, we will continue to support you with ongoing coaching and development time.

For those people who are more career minded, we can introduce you to a wide range of progression opportunities, across both management and support career paths.

So What Do You Need From Me ?


· Drive to learn new skills

· Individuals who have a passion to make a difference

· Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people including empathising and support

· A willingness to work with patients and solve their problems

· Previous Customer service experience is desired! (But not essential!

Don’t have previous customer service experience or feel like you don’t quite meet all of the above? We still want to hear from you! 

Remember we are going to train you and teach you all you need to know.

Ø £10ph

Ø 8 hours per day, working Monday to Friday between 8am-8pm and are rota'd + 1/4 Saturday 8am-2pm (this is a req and rota'd)

Ø Overtime available

Ø Paid weekly!

Ø Some of our management were agents just few years previous!
