Sitel Stratford Upon-Avon are urgently looking for talented sales contact centre individuals to work on their long-standing campaign. These are immediate starts and full time permanent from the off!

You will be helping run the customer service that Beko consumers have enjoyed for 30 years! On top of that there are very attractive bonus payments for upselling warranties.

So What Do You Need From ME ?

The beauty of the Beko Campaign is the training AND work can be done from your sofa !!

This is all done by us sending out an Amazon Work Station Stick - which when plugged in gives you all the access you need to Sitel / Beko systems

However you do need some key bits of kit - It is vital you have these before you apply :

  • Windows ONLY laptop or PC - We do not operate off MACS / LINUX / CHROMEBOOK
  • It MUST be Windows 7-10pm - Windows 11 will not be compatible
  • Broadband connection with minimum of 10MBs download speed + 5MBs upload speed
  • Minimum of 1.8 GHz, with at least x2 processor cores - less than 5 years old
  • Minimum of 4GB Memory RAM
  • Minimum of 20GB free hard drive space
  • Keyboard & Mouse
  • Ethernet cable - you have to be tethered and cannot work on WiFi
  • USB headset

If you have all these very common items....Your good to go!

So What Exactly WIll I Be Doing?

Sitel SUA will train you from the off, teaching you all the technical knowledge you will require to provide a first class service to customers.

Your daily duties will be to respond to all manner of incoming telephone queries, including fault resolution (You solve the problem!), warranties, returns and function advice.

So what about hours, shifts and pay?

Ø 37.5 hours per week

Ø £9.18 / £9.50ph + £200pm AVERAGE Bonus (But this Commission is uncapped!)

Ø 8.5 hours per day, (7.5 hours paid), operating 5 from 7 days, Monday to Sunday

Ø Shifts are between 8 am and 6.30 pm (weekdays) & 9 am – 5.30pm (weekends) and are rota’d.

Ø Overtime available

Ø Bonus payable for upselling warranties! (AVG £200pm but uncapped!)
