What will you be doing?

We are looking to grow our team of customer service advisors to provide expert care every step of the way. So, that’s where YOU come in. You will be working in partnership with the second largest provider of private healthcare in the United Kingdom.

We help to operate a network of 38 private hospitals and ten clinics across the UK and your role would be taking inbound calls to help people get connected and giving the caller a sound peace of mind.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for professional and confident individuals with a natural flair for conversation. We are also looking for employee’s that go above and beyond and believe that no challenge is too great. We want you to shine at your job and be bold in any situation.

You will need to have a strong work ethic and be able to embrace Sitel’s ethos. You will show ambition and forward thinking in order to WOW customers, as well as having great attention to detail.

A few other things we look for:

  • Great communication skills and resourceful nature – demonstrating a calm, gracious demeanour and problem solving skills for complex queries.
  • You will be PC literate and a comfortable using various in-house systems.
  • A keen eye for detail is required, along with excellent written skills for formal emails and correspondence
  • Strong listening and effective questioning skills in order to build trust
  • Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details

Contract/Hours/Pay

· Full Time, permanent Contracts of 37.5 hours per week.

· £9.00 p/h

· All employee’s will be fully flexible between the hours 08:00 – 20:00 Monday to Sunday and 08:00 – 13:00 Saturdays.

· You will need to be over the age of 18

This role will be working on our site in Stratford Upon-Avon so we require you to be no further than 1 hour away.
