Introduction

Here at Sitel Coventry we work closely with many clients here on site, They are all different lines of business on behalf of different brands. All of these campaigns require you to use your wealth of customer service skills to provide the best possible customer experience, building rapport and assisting with any questions or queries they may have.

Your Duties Could Include (but are not limited to)

  • Receiving inbound calls and possibly making outbound calls regarding general customer enquiries.
  • Pottenially dealing with emails, webchat or social media.
  • Dealing with customer complaints.
  • Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience. 
  • Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Adhering to company principles and values at all times

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Be flexible and open to a new challenge
