Are you a customer service star?

Are you a customer service star interested in saving customers and increasing your earnings potential? We offer a base pay rate of £11.44 per hour plus bonuses based on the number of customers you retain. Our top retention agents earn £200+ monthly in bonuses alone! 

This role is open to candidates aged 18+ who have the unrestricted right to work in the UK. We unfortunately do not offer visa sponsorship.

About the role

As a Customer Service Retentions Advisor you will:

- Retain customers by tailoring packages to meet their needs

- Guide customers through service selections based on lifestyle fit

- Build relationships and uncover customers' needs

- Customise packages to improve customer satisfaction

- Earn commission for every customer retained
