The Senior Director of Security Assurance will plan, direct, and execute investigations related to fraud, theft, misconduct, and violence. This individual will drive lifecycle management of security and fraud issues in partnership with the Global Business Information Security Office. In addition, this individual will oversee compliance for industry and government related security regulations, while maintaining the security dashboard and training.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide oversight and coordinate confidentiality of corporate investigations within the Sitel Group.
  • Provide investigation reporting and trending to the Global Executive Team.
  • Drive analysis of client risks via the client risk analyst program, providing assessments that can be used to mitigate risk and assist the Business Information Security Office and legal with client conversations.
  • Maintain and provide updates to the Compliance Working Group of exceptional security risk that has been found, including mitigations of those risks and security policy updates needed.
  • Maintain a security dashboard that provides regular updates to the business and drives positive changes in security behavior.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of security compliance programs and personnel, such as Payment Card Information (PCI), ISO support, and other specific regional or sector specific security requirements.
  • Maintain, develop, and drive content that supports our Global Security Awareness Training.
  • Recommend and develop security policies, processes, and procedures based on analytical reviews to reduce the overall corporate risk profile.
  • Conduct, assess, and enforce security controls within Sitel Group facilities and operations to ensure full compliance with all security related policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site audits and risk assessments on operational and physical security controls. 
  • Develop reports that include improvement recommendations to program operations and physical security controls.
  • Work with local staff in order to promote security and fraud awareness amongst the employee population.
  • Search for creative and enforceable means to proactively prevent and control fraud and physical security violations.

 

 

Knowledge/Qualifications/Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment which changes to meet client or business needs.
  • Ability to document and author solutions that define production processing, problem resolutions and new inventory or logistic processes.
  • Ability to train new hires, analyze and formalize process improvements, work with all areas of the organization when new implementations take place, and keep the team informed of such activities and progress.
  • Follow and enforce corporate policies and procedures maintaining and enforcing the highest standards of security as set out by the corporation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time in an efficient manner and drive positive culture changes.
  • High degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology to reduce costs and/or drive automation projections.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement of Supply Chain Process & Standardization of Best Practices
  • Investigative Management
  • Knowledge of Physical Security Control Systems
  • Knowledge of BCP & Security Auditing Practices (ISO 27001)
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
  • Report Writing/Briefing Capability
  • Knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards
  • Flexibility to perform other duties outside of the scope of the position, as assigned.
  • Ability to travel.

 

Experience Target:

 

  • 10 years of Law Enforcement Experience/Business Security Experience. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification will be accepted in lieu of Law Enforcement/Business Security experience.
  • Local expertise and connections to law enforcement or legal entities that can further advise/protect on behalf of the organization.
  • Backgrounds in investigations, incident response, physical security controls, report writing, and security auditing.

 

Education:

 

  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
