You Will


In this position, you serve as a consultative leader supporting the development, implementation, and administration of executive and global compensation programs ensuring alignment to strategic plans and financial business goals. You will be responsible for analysis of competitive positioning, and compensation structures, and consults with and advise management and leadership on compensation matters. ship on compensation matters.


  • Adhere to Sitel policies on ethics and integrity.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR leadership and Compensation COE to ensure Compensation programs developed are performance-driven, market competitive, legally compliant, accurately administered and effectively communicated.
  • Direct planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of compensation programs to meet business objectives.
  • Direct the development of annual incentive plans, ensuring that they are designed to drive employee performance in line with business objectives, are market competitive, legally sound, and managed/administered accurately and effectively.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including Regional and Corporate HR Leaders, FP&A, Operations, Sales and Account Management teams to meet business and financial goals.
  • Provide guidance to the leadership team, business leaders, Regional HR and HRBP on pay decisions, policies and guidelines including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related challenges.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in the development of materials for Compensation Committee meetings and all compensation materials presented to the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to provide Compensation related information for public filings.


  • Supports the Long-Term Incentive and equity administration processes, including process oversight for equity awards to participants, vesting events and plan communication.
  • Drives consistent compensation processes and standardization globally.
  • Manages and participates in audits and analysis to ensure compliance with all compensation regulations.
  • Evaluates jobs at the executive levels.

You Have


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; MBA a plus. 10+ years of senior-level executive and global compensation experience required. CCP/CBP, CEBS, and/or PHR/SPHR professional certification is strongly desired.
  • Post-acquisition integration is of compensation programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong Sales compensation experience required. BPO industry experience a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Consultative and collaborative style.
  • Analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Process management and decision-making.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are required.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
