You Will

 

Our goal is to help our clients succeed in building loyal relationships with their customers, whether by implementing digital transformations when appropriate, to helping manage voice call complexity when a digital experience is insufficient.  The Human Resources team sources and hires the employees that carry out that work, and plays a critical role in building a culture where people want to stay and contribute to our goal.

 

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you closely partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Global Compensation leadership to identify, then update or reimagine, how we compensate and reward our employees for the work they do on our client’s behalf.  Data ownership, assessing compensation competitiveness, recommending how we prioritize our spending, and helping make sure our processes are effective and fair are the cornerstones of the role.

  • You will often include management of salary survey activities (including bid management, purchases, participation, and data aggregation), maintaining participant lists for select/centrally managed global programs (senior level short term incentives, equity, etc.) resolving job evaluation and regulatory issues, providing pay guidance to managers and HR partners, and updates of centralized information repositories.
  • Partner with HR Systems and Reporting teams to leverage our HRIS system (SuccessFactors); actively collaborate with HRBPs across our global locations to improve data accuracy; and provide value-added reports to leadership.
  • Often include design, documentation, and rollout of communication and training materials, answering questions from HR partners and general management, and audits of program compliance with project plans and corporate principles.
  • Investigate regional or functional unit pay practices, then identify and collect relevant data and construct models to project costs and assess program effectiveness.  Based on findings and input from peers, make recommendations to HRBPs and Compensation leadership on how to prioritize opportunities.
  • Use influence with peers and leaders is necessary for success and tracking budget adherence, administering vendor relationships, and recommending courses of action where consequences of error can be substantial.
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have

 

  • College degree, plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in an individual contributor compensation role. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing base pay, incentive administration, merit administration, and acting as subject matter expert for a unit of a large, multi-location employer. 
  • Ability to independently maintain productivity and progress toward annual goals. 
  • Ability to field and independently respond to questions from colleagues spanning nearly 30 countries.
  • Proficiency in verbal communications and the assembly, formatting and presentation of executive level communications, including the ability to coach and give guidance in relation to elements of and income statement. 
  • Demonstrated success coordinating overlapping annual awards processes. 
  • CCP or GCP designation or specialized training or education preferred.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing to peers, senior-level and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when sharing sensitive information.
  • Able to work collaboratively and develop solid working partnerships with all levels across different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple varied tasks.
