Sitel is looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Client Insights and Analytics team.   Within our team, you’ll join an energized and positive organization dedicated to rolling up their sleeves to deliver value-added solutions, products and services for our clients. This role is a virtual role within the United States.

As a Solution Marketing Manager you will work with clients to understand their business needs and define analytics solutions (speech and data analytics) that will deliver key insights to improve the customer experience and deliver a return on investment.   This will include collecting and documenting client requirements, defining scope and objectives in order to formulate analytics solutions, preparing written proposals and presentations, and establishing pricing based on work effort and infrastructure cost estimations.   You will work closely with the client and their account teams to understand client requirements and provide expertise as a subject matter expert to craft the right solution and proposal to be presented to the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Analytics and Insights team with client sales opportunities by developing proposals, presentations, RFP responses and providing expertise to answer client questions about our analytics solutions and client case studies.  Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of analytics capabilities and solutions along with client success stories.   Write RFP responses, craft client proposals outlining approach, deliverables and scope.  
  •  Work closely with Sitel Group Sales Executives and Client Account Managers to present analytics solutions to clients, educate on analytics offerings, tailor solutions to their needs and sell Sitel Analytics and Insights solutions to clients.   Conduct discovery with account teams and clients to understand client requirements, business objectives and challenges and collect necessary information to craft a proposal that aligns the right solution to their needs.   Serve as a subject-matter-expert on Sitel Insights & Analytics solution offerings and how these solutions solve business challenges for contact center clients.  
  • Prepare pricing and work with delivery teams to establish custom pricing proposals based on clearly defined scope for estimating effort and cost.  Calculate return on investment estimates based on understanding client pain-points and business impact areas.
  • Document statements of work outlining analytics deliverables and scope for client contracts including data inputs, sizing, volumes, deliverables and success metrics for the program.  Lead project transition and kickoff calls with Delivery and BAs to ensure delivery teams understand the client project scope, objectives and requirements, data input sources, expected insights and ROI.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3 + years’ experience

                                       

 

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Writing skills in areas of proposal writing, RFP response writing, sales collateral
  • Presentation skills
  • Sales skills, Consultative selling
  • Experience performing discovery to understand and gather business requirements, documenting business requirements
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Knowledge of contact center industry, challenges
  • Ability to align technology solution and value with client business objectives and challenges

 

 

Travel:

  • Approximately 25%
