For one of our campaigns, we are looking for people-oriented and motivated Team leader with German language. In this project you will lead a team who will provide technical support to customers who are using the products/devices/services of an American publicly traded provider of cloud-based communications and collaboration solutions for businesses.

As a Team leader you will be focused on the execution of the Key Performance Indicators. Your ability to manage, lead, develop, motivate and coach on a daily basis a team of agents with an eye on the achievement of a maximum productivity and quality in the service will support your achievement in meeting team goals!

You will:

  • Manage and develop a team of agents to meet and exceed Sitel's objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of operational and quality metrics;
  • continuously monitor and follow-up on individual and team KPI and SLA performance and implement corrective action, using performance management tools and techniques, to address areas of improvement;
  • support the Operations Manager in identifying areas of improvement in order to reduce cost, increase quality and/or reduce risk;
  • build an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where associates are committed and loyal.

The candidate:

  • Has excellent command of spoken and written German - level C1;
  • has strong command of English – level C1;
  • previous contact center and customer service experience is a must;
  • previous experience as a Team Manager will be considered as a strong advantage;
  • has advanced skills in contact center tools and applications;
  • has advanced technical skills, knowledge in networking, VoIP, routers, modems will be considered as a strong advantage;
  • can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
  • is customer oriented and possess a positive personality.
