We are on the look for Deals Desk manager wih French and English. On that role you will provide deal level support and will manage a smal team of Deals Desk specialists.


 As Deals Desk manager you will be responsible on the following tasks:

  • Providing deal level support;
  • building, editing and troubleshooting quotes and sales agreements;
  • provisioning and activating accounts;
  • managing preliminary credit checks and invoicing requests;
  • develop KPI’s and performance metrics and clearly communicating the team’s productivity and effectiveness;
  • report on KPI’s and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to Sales Operations leadership;
  • provide a comprehensive and data driven analysis of the current and projected volumes, capacity and quality trends;
  • lead the mid and long-range planning process to automate processes;
  • train the staff on company processes, policies, and procedures;
  • provide feedback to cross-functional departments as the voice of sales operations.

The successful candidate:

  • Has excellent command of spoken and written English - level C1;
  • has good command of spoken and written French - at least B2 level;
  • must have relevant work experience - handling and supporting a team in structuring deals, leveraging pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract reviews/negotiations, and managing overall quote-to-cash processes;
  • experience in sales in a BPO setup is preferred;
  • experience working with Salesforce is a plus;
  • strong research and analytical abilities - good knowledge in Excel is a must;
  • must be process, systems and product oriented;
  • is highly organized;
  • innately curious and problem solver.
