You Will


As a Social Media Manager, you will lead a very exciting social media strategy with a goal to attract and retain talents. You will build elaborate content and recruitment strategies for Sitel USA and Sitel Canada, leveraging the most popular social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok) and formats (lives, user-generated content, reels, etc.). The purpose of this mission will be to increase awareness about our employer brand and to generate applications.


  • Build a detailed monthly content calendar, localizing our global framework for the US and Canada and define an engagement plan for our internal community of content creators.
  • Strategize with our Talent Acquisition Team to create campaigns that support our recruitment efforts and design recruitment events or campaigns (organic or paid) to generate applications, via all social media channels.
  • Lead content strategy for recruitment ads, in coordination with our ads specialists for the execution.
  • Build and manage a network of internal contributors (marketing, operations, etc.) to collect content across our sites.
  • Plan and host live on our social media channels, in collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Define an advanced user-generated content strategy to develop associates engagement and increase online reputation
  • Design seasonal campaigns, following our global and local engagement calendars
  • Monitor and reply to comments and private message, in coordination with our social media care specialists
  • Schedule all posts through our third-party tool (or natively).
  • Provide monthly reports on our social media engagement and recruitment performance.


You Have


  • 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing; or significant personal experience of building and growing an engaged following on social media.
  • Communications, Marketing or Social Media BA preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of digital and social media ads: Facebook, Google, Spotify, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools: email marketing, landing page, funnels, etc.
  • Experience in running social media ads or Google ads is definitely a plus
  • Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
