French + English Customer Service 18k

We are looking for Teleoperators with native French and advanced English residing in the Seville area with a profile focused on customer service, to support a leading company in the sound equipment market in the event of possible incidents that customers may have.

What do we offer you?

• Competitive salary of 18.000€/year.
• Discontinuous fixed contract 39h per week.
• Working hours from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternate weekends. Weekends only until 5:30 p.m.
• Training within contract.
• On-site working modality at our hub located in Avenida República Argentina (Seville).

What do we need?

• FRENCH - Native or bilingual.
• ENGLISH - Advanced (B2-C1).
• We highly value your experience in customer service and knowledge of sound equipment.
• Residence in the Seville area.
