Job Summary


HR Information Systems – Enterprise applications, governs the strategy and provision of global and regional HR systems. As the core provider of the Enterprise HCM – Success Factors, HRIS deals with global HR processes as well as local demand.


The Senior Manager, HCM Systems  is a key management role on the HRIS team.  This role is responsible for leading the core team of  the SuccessFactors platform staff to develop and maintain the SuccessFactors system.


In this role you will be working on the strategic direction of platform development, match the system direction to current business priorities, helping to ensure new processes, modules and system configurations are built to business needs.


You will need to have experience of managing or developing a multinational SuccessFactors implementation with proven team management skills.  You will need to be self-motivated and appreciate the necessary processes, policy and adoption required to maintain a system high in quality and effective use.


This role reports to the  Director, Global HRIS  and manages a team of three SuccessFactors professionals covering disciplines in system configuration and data management.



  • Present & own the EC systems roadmap (annual)
  • Development of decisions on the setup and configuration of SuccessFactors and its relevant processes
  • Coordinate the HCM data quality program including:
    • Maintain and communicate system policy
    • Publish data quality standards and KPIs
    • Measure and communicate regular audit reporting
  • Data model management for EC as necessary to integrate with existing SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation and Learning)
  • Master Data Management (including job framework, foundation data and extended data and storage)
  • Data privacy authorizations
  • Provide technical input to new process/module design for both native and non-native applications
  • Management and development of the HCM Platform team


Knowledge and Skills


  • SuccessFactors system management experience (at least EC & 2 other modules) – implementation across multiple countries.
  • Corporate HR exposure, preferably international.
  • Team management and development skills.
  • Strong communication verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Experience of integration principles.



  • 3 or more years in an HR/HRIS environment working around SuccessFactors and its modules.

Education and Certifications


  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
  • EC Certified (others considered advantageous)
