Sitel Group® is looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to support the Americas division!



Job Summary


Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Americas, the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will manage the internal and external corporate communications strategy for Sitel Group Americas division. 


Leveraging employee communication channels and external earned, owned, and paid media, you’ll own telling stories that increase Sitel awareness and favorable brand perception among clients, prospects, partners, and potential recruits. This role will work closely and coordinate with Sitel Global Corporate Communications and Social Media teams. 


The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications will also work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other peer groups within the organization as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives to effect positive change within the organization. This individual must be an expert in change management communication and methodology and have the ability to translate the expertise to coach and provide feedback at an executive level.





  • Develop a cohesive internal and external communications strategy for key executives and initiatives in the Americas region. 
  • Develop communication strategies in support of corporate culture, business strategy, and other events requiring change management (M&A, organizational changes, etc.) 
  • Ensure that all communication opportunities for the CEO and other key executives are fully vetted.
  • Partner with corporate and local marketing teams to increase internal and external engagement opportunities for the CEO and other key executives.
  • Create talking points, speeches, presentations, briefing documents, and other materials for the CEO and other key executives.
  • Define, develop and manage the communications plan for corporate messaging in the Americas – e.g., blogs, newsletters, press releases, email announcements, planned publications, online, intranet, video, special projects, and assignments.
  • Develop internal and external publications to create momentum and awareness, as well as to test the effectiveness of communications activities.
  • Work with Global Marketing and an external PR agency to further enhance and support Sitel’s Executive team as thought leaders by identifying, securing, and supporting appropriate media engagements, preparing company representatives for interviews, appearances, and special events (webinars, podcasts, tradeshows, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with local POCs to support internally focused employee communications via MAXConnect. E.g. Agent reward and recognition strategy (thank you emails, video messages, etc.), a “Win” communication strategy - new logos (celebrate the wins, announcements, etc.), and an Employee journey strategy (welcome and farewell, other passages, etc.)
  • Partner with internal teams to tell a compelling corporate narrative that will help to attract world-class talent in addition to world-class partnerships and investors.
  • Develop content and support the delivery of quarterly town halls (via Teams or in-person as permitted).
  • Develop and host monthly focus groups (via Teams or in-person as permitted).





  • 7+ years of communications experience.
  • Degree in Journalism/Communication a plus.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong track record managing a variety of key initiatives. 
  • A relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to manage by influence.
  • High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force. 
  • Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with everyone.
  • A self-starter who is able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.
