Senior Manager, Client Research Analyst (Remote-US)



Sitel Group® is looking for a Senior Manager,  Client Research Analyst who will be instrumental in our pursuit of new business clients.  In this role you will provide forensic analysis and research into our target client’s strategic intentions, financial results, business risks, growth opportunities, shareholder commitments, and CX maturity.  You will be the link between Sitel Group’s business development teams, solutions teams and the execution strategies we will execute to build stakeholder relationships. In this role you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Deal Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Create high quality research and reports on the performances, challenges, outlook and other metrics for clients that goes beyond obvious insights and messaging that our competitors could only dream of having.
  • Ability to identify trends in customer P&L data; taking a genuine interest in their Annual Reports, Investor Decks and Press Releases.
  • Deliver information about targeted organizations and industries to business developers in advance of meetings with potential targets.
  • Drive research initiatives and information gathering using a variety of approaches and sources.
  • Develop proactive solutions, prototypes and use cases to address identified customer pain points, with emphasis of data and digital CX
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder maps by assembling fragments of data, uncovering influence and authority as it relates to client decision making across CX solutions.
  • Produce interesting, insightful and impactful client research presentations and documents to maximize the dynamism of our stakeholder engagement and messaging.
  • Push the boundaries on how and where you consume data and insights relating to Sitel’s target accounts – you set the rules and the more creative you can become, the better!
  • Regular reporting of Sales, Marketing and Account Management progress and metrics
  • Contribute to Sitel’s pre-sales collaboration process to drive drive and support Big Deal / Must Win teams during sales process and / or campaign sprints.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years’ experience in forensic research roles
  • Experience partnering & advising business development teams
  • Demonstrated experience in BI tools & CRM systems, + Microsoft Office Suite


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities for Success:

  • Ability to work in matrixed environment, both cross functionally and varying organizational levels.
  • Naturally curious about CX, with a forensic eye for assessing digital maturity, product roadmaps, look-a-like competitor analysis, mystery shopping of contact center operations and marketing technologies.
  • A principled individual with integrity, empathy and passion for the task at hand
  • Fluent in social media platforms and networks, with a natural curiosity for emerging trends in crypto, gaming and all things digital
  • Ability to operate under pressure and produce quality outputs of research and critical analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
  • Outstanding technical, research, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop presentations for executive management and board.
