You Will

 

Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Sitel’s payroll solution and process globally.  As the SME, you will need to make sure the standards & best practices are being executed with each global implementation. 

 

In this role you will provide process, product and implementation expertise and lead the payroll activities as specified below:

  • Obtain solid understanding of current environment and day to day payroll process and translation of work to new environment.
  • Support the creation of work plans for large complex global engagements for payroll processes.
  • Lead development and documentation of payroll requirements and obtaining signoffs from the payroll stakeholders.
  • Analyze, design, and recommend process solutions to meet business and applications requirements.
  • Write functional specifications and manage the test script and acceptance of the solution delivered for payroll processes
  • Support and validate data conversion activity, such as data mapping definition and data mapping validation.
  • Lead the development of payroll test scripts and overall payroll testing efforts.
  • Support go live, production payroll runs and post payroll activities to ensure smooth transition to the new environment.
  • Provide support with reporting requirements and development for both project and post go live day to day support.
  • Continue to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide advice on industry and best leading practices.

 

You Have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field; will consider a mix of education and experience
  • Solid exposure to payroll and benefit requirements
  • Led several HCM payroll projects and initiatives across multiple regions and business units/ portfolios
  • 6 or more years of experience in implementing, configuring and leading multiple HCM payroll projects
  • Knowledge and expertise with the SuccessFactors ECP, preferred, but not a deal breaker
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Visio and additional software programs
  • Knowledge on process diagramming using BPN or other process modeling tool
  • Strong understanding of the HR business processes from hire/retire lifecycles, payroll administrative responsibilities and year to end activities
  • Solid understanding of integrations and data flows with third party systems.
  • Deep knowledge in HR applications testing including upstream and downstream systems including, but not limited to; Data Warehousing, timekeeping, and internal/external third-party integrations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well
  • Ability to deliver in a timely and professional manner and effectively communicate the results of your analysis
  • Highly motivated, flexible team player
