Job Summary

The agent’s primary responsibility will be to assist product end-users with technical support and customer service addressing their needs that may include: general product information, purchase information, store locator, assembly troubleshooting, incident management, exchange repair, warranty support, wireless connectivity and troubleshooting for the products


High school diploma or equivalent in a combination of education and work experience
