You Will

Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing Americas, as Manager, Growth Marketing Strategy, you will work with, Demand Generation Marketing, and Global Content and Product Marketing to develop growth marketing strategies and custom content that align Sitel’s value propositions, capabilities, and solutions.

  • Oversee, develop, and deliver strategic insights, positioning, and key messaging that will serve as the foundation for sales enablement and demand generation marketing content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized presentations and content.
  • Establish working knowledge of Sitel capabilities, operations, and client success stories and serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for Marketing efforts.
  • Gather, interpret and transform meaningful data from across the enterprise that highlight Sitel capabilities and unique value propositions.
  • Understand current verticals, solutions, products, and value propositions as well as market and industry landscape in order to provide the Demand Generation Marketing team with meaningful insights, trends, and competitive differentiation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Marketing, Content, and Design teams and provide direction for custom development of branded materials, including PowerPoint templates, videos, and case studies.
  • Help identify, curate, and repurpose existing content from Global and Regional Content and Product Marketing teams.
  • Lead content strategy and content marketing projects from inception through execution.

You Have

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Preference for degrees in the following or related areas: Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, Strategy Consulting, etc. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience with RFI and RFP response documents and developing custom pitch decks.
  • Working knowledge of BPO industry is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable working with Senior Executives.
  • Expert ability in PowerPoint; some design software experience a plus.
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative, dynamic environment and manage projects across the organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work well with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong leadership style and ability to prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales process, administration, and support needs.
  • High level of proficiency with various software applications programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications in the Office Suite.
