Job Responsibilities

This position will be a part of a team of 1st Tier Support individuals who will support a client solution.  Password resets, portal navigation for simple mobile application support. Successful candidates will be hands-on and able to drive customer issues to completion. Responds to queries coming in on phone, or email, logs all cases in tracking database. This role requires great customer skills as well as creativity and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Provides telephone, email support, using software. Then document calls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying root cause and finding solutions
  • Adhere to established operations standards and procedures and recommends appropriate modifications and process improvements.
  • Must be a highly organized, demonstrates flexibility, strong time management skills and works well with multiple technical disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.
  • Be highly responsive with strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Learning new technologies.
  • 24/7 hours of operation.
