You Will

 

As Global Compliance Reporting Supervisor you will manage and work alongside with the Reports Analyst team to ensure the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful reports and analytics to the clients. You will also work closely with the auditors and leaders in identifying compliance outliers, incidents and/or fraud, using multiple datasets such as contractual KPIs, audits, and other relevant datasets as provided by the clients. You will support the team’s data analytics and reporting activities to empower and guide the team in making data-driven decisions.

 

You will use data sets, as well as apply mathematical, statistical, and other data-driven analysis to address business intelligence questions. You are also responsible for providing support to leadership, auditors, junior reports analysts, and BI Developers to assist in managing and solving data- and reporting-related issues and performing quantitative analysis of complex business situations, such as strategies, performance, and solutions involving the Global Compliance performance. You will present reports and analytics to the leadership and shall be open in communicating and brainstorming with the entire team on approaches or solutions to a business problem or project.

  • Work closely with the Reporting Management to ensure that the Reports Analysts of the team delivers timely, accurate, and insightful reports to cross functional teams.
  • Oversee and review the performance of the Reports Analysts from data collection all the way to reporting and analysis.
  • Proactively identifies disputes patterns, abnormalities, technical problems, and bugs and effectively communicates or escalates these to appropriate divisions/business units.
  • Work with BI Developers to develop automated metric correlation reports and analysis.
  • Provide innovative analytical insights within the Global Compliance program.
  • Provide recommendation on further analysis of findings, strategy for large data analysis, efficient design, and implementation of reports.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across the Global Compliance Team and clients/accounts to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new analytics.
  • Respond to data - related inquiries/issues in real-time to support the team including the auditors, BI Developers, and Leadership.

  • Perform various data analytics in Power BI or other business intelligence tools using statistical models or industry accepted tools/methodologies.
  • Provide expertise and translate the team needs to design; and/or develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
  • Responsible for developing and executing tools to monitor and report on data quality.
  • Perform process analysis that identified unnecessary reports, processes, and procedures, resulting in streamlining daily reports and reducing repetitive workload.
  • Provide support to the teams in managing security mechanisms and the governance of data access to all our reports, files and/or documents.
  • Suggest solutions for moderate to complex compliance opportunities and internal processes, as well as oversee projects as needed.

You Have

 

  • High attention-to-details, with high regard for the quality and integrity of data.
  • A high degree of demonstrable ability in analyzing data to identify deliverables, gaps, and inconsistencies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools with advanced skills in Excel, including Power Query and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience in Power BI, SQL, and SharePoint
  • Excellent writing, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively to various stakeholders in the organization.
  • Flexibility and capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines
  • Strong desire to quickly learn new tools (i.e. business intelligence tools, servers, and databases) and methods/technologies in auditing, displaying and reporting data
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in data analysis, interpretation of findings, and collaboration with different teams and with management.
  • With more than 2 years of experience in designing data management and reporting tools/templates/processes within a reporting and/or business intelligence function
  • With more than 1 year supervisory role, preferably in reporting and analytics field.
