This role will work in multiple Sitel facilities. As a Regional Facility Manager, you will ensure the local teams within your facilities are supported, trained, motivated and ready to meet our business requirements. You will focus on long-term and short-term strategies within your region to ensure we are solving for the customer in the most efficient way possible by ensuring goals and success criteria of strategic initiatives are met. You will ensure best processes and standardization is maintained throughout your region. 


  • Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) 

  • Responsible for planning and directing day-to-day operations 

  • Review daily shift performance, identify areas for improvement, bridge gaps, and create action plans to improve 

  • Conduct daily reviews with Facility Coordinators to align on daily priorities and give any announcements 

  • Have meetings with Facility Coordinators to support professional development 

  • Handle major escalations (general, Human Resources, Labor Relations, OSHA) 

  • Develop reporting and provide updates to inform upper leadership of region and individual facility performance 

  • Consistently evaluate region and individual facility performance to look for trends, improvement opportunities, and ensure standardization 

  • Weekly waste reduction walks at each individual facility to identify process improvement opportunities 

  • Develop objectives and key results for region and individual facilities and future operating plans 

  • Travel regionally to support assigned facilities (Up to 50% travel time required) 

  • Support new facility launches and closures 

Experience required: 

  • Ability to support multiple locations within identified regions 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field or 4-6 years' experience as a supervisor in BPO, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven project management 

  • A highly adaptable mind, able to switch between long-term strategic initiatives one moment and pivot into rapid, tactical actions. 

  • Great analytical skills with the ability to work with a broad set of KPIs and the ability to identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency 

  • Able to generate insights from data, and to synthesize issues and opportunities. 

  • Experience building & leading teams – directly and cross-functionally. 

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure 

  • Strong communication and organization skills 

  • Proven track record of being a change agent with improving processes and efficiencies 

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed 

Flexible schedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekends, as needed
