SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise sourcing team performance to ensure targets are met

Provide coaching and mentoring and constantly support the team’s professional development

Develop and implement action plans on a daily basis to ensure the attainment of recruitment targets

Perform requisition load balancing to ensure that manpower requirements are fairly distributed among recruiters in the team

Develop creative recruitment solutions if the team is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of manpower/staffing requirements

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR Managers, vendors, community organizations, and team members to build credibility and to create partnerships that yield successes

Ensure the team maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities

Work with management to identify manpower needs, planning strategies, and search assignments

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least one (1) year of successful recruiting experience for non-exempt personnel, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Call center experience strongly preferred

 


EDUCATION

Business-related college degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR or general business

 

 

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

Commercially astute

Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal/collaborative, facilitation/presentation, and influencing / negotiation skills

Ability to work with staff at all levels

Ability to support change initiatives with good understanding of the principles of change management

Good problem solving, conflict resolution, organization, time management, and motivation skills

Assertive with a “Can Do” Attitude

Attention to detail

Proven experience within a fast-paced, highly energetic environment and able to make positive contributions toward business improvement and teamwork

Excellent customer service skills

Good computer skills – Microsoft Office preferred
