You Will

 

As the Project Manager, Empower EXP+™ at Sitel Group® you will support the acceleration of our product architecture EXP+™, the Enterprise Experience Platform from Sitel Group®

EXP+™ is a flexible solution designed to simplify the delivery of end-to-end customer experience (CX) services while boosting efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. EXP+™ offers integrated and vertical-specific solutions, tailored to our customer's specific needs. From performance management to chat, email and voice-based contact center solutions to digital transformation, automation, data-driven insights and CX consulting, EXP+™ delivers more value for customers.

  • Partner closely with the client to assess and determine L&D needs, requirements and develop a scope of work.
  • Assists with plans for proposals/RFPs for existing or potential clients.
  • Implements projects based on Sitel’s EXP+™ PMO group implementation methodology.
  • Manager multiple projects/implementations simultaneously according to Sitel Group® policies on ethics and integrity.
  • Manage client relationships by setting expectations, providing regular updates on the progress of projects.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on time, with quality and within budget if applicable.
  • Escalate issues that may potentially impact the delivery of the project.
  • Coordinates the implementation of all reporting and invoicing requirements.
  • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

You Have

 

  • Minimum three years experience in Project Manager, or any equivalent combination of related training/education and experience
  • Project management experience in a call center environment, learning and development discipline, or high-tech industry.
  • Experience with the use of SmartSheet.
  • You have superior problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent judgment/decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven Leadership/Influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative.
