You Will

 

  • Capture and analyze market trends, producing high-quality value propositions and deliverables at speed and managing multiple projects while creatively supporting and enabling field marketers in their activity plan.
  • Understand buyer personas and decision makers and influencers, pain-points and customer journeys to develop impactful value propositions and targeted messaging for different audiences
  • Deliver a storytelling narrative of outcome-based solutions across the Sitel website and marketing collateral
  • Empower sales with a toolkit that includes: data sheets, pitch decks, battlecards, product demos, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure quality and accuracy of a library of customer-facing assets and sales tools, such as case studies and competitive materials.
  • Capture market insights and develop annual marketing plans in collaboration with field marketers and strategy teams. 
  • Support in the creation of go-to-market programs for new offerings, market segments, and geographies.
  • Lead cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives.
  • Build awareness for Sitel Group’s CX Technology by collaborating closely with PR & Comms and field marketers for press releases, article placements, and social media.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the content marketing team to create impactful content tailored to specific buyer audiences.
  • Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing.
  • Contribute to major industry events, including events hosted by Sitel Group.

You Have

 

  • 3 years B2B product marketing experience in a writing-heavy/specific role (product marketing, content marketing, etc.), preferably at a SaaS company or technology startup
  • Technically savvy with demonstrable understanding of enterprise / digital technology. This could include Automation, Analytics, AI, and enterprise cloud-based software
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging and content with a strong narrative
  • Demonstrated proficiency in capturing business needs across markets and buyers’ profiles, and positioning CX Technology accordingly
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, analytical, and must enjoy collaborative, fast-paced work environments
