Please Note. You must live within 1 hour and a half of Plymouth for this role.

Equipment Specifications

· Minimum 1.8GHz with at least two processor cores, it should be less than 5 years old. Intel Atom, Celeron, Core 2 Duo or Pentium branded processors aren't supported

. Desktop or laptop Windows 10 system only. Apple computers and chromebooks do not work.

· Minimum 4GB memory (RAM)

· 20GB free space. HDD or preferably SSD drive type

· Minimum single monitor with at least 1440 x 900 resolution

· Keyboard, Mouse and USB Headset

· 1 free USB port

Network Specifications

· 3Mbps download and 1Mbps upload speeds

· This role requires you to be at least 18 years old

What you need to know

Permanent Full Time contracts of 37.5 hours a week however we may consider part time requests for after the three weeks training.

Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 8am-10pm. These opening hours may extend during our peak month of December. Your shifts will be scheduled within these opening times.

We have a choice of condensed or standard working hour rotas. These work on a 12 week rotation to help you plan and keep a good work life balance.

As a customer service advisor we aim to publish your shifts 3 weeks in advance. Pay rate of £9.68.

The training period is 1.5 weeks of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm before moving on to gradbay for a further week and a half of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and then after this your shift rotations will begin.
