After training you will be rewarded for truly understanding Virgin Media customers’ needs by tailoring a broadband, TV and mobile phone package that is perfect for them. Your goal is to retain Virgin Media customers by matching packages to their preferences and lifestyles.

You will see your income substantially increased should you deliver excellent sales through very personal customer service. When you will exceed your KPIs, you will be driven and encouraged to over achieve. Sales through service.

Our top agents regularly achieve over £1100 commission every month. What separates them from the rest? They take ownership, managing the customer through the process, and understanding the customer needs.  The best earners provide best service. Those who truly look to understand and help their customers achieve more.  

 

The basic pay is £18,525pa but with commission a majority of our agents see an income of over £24,000pa. The top achievers will see over £35,000pa. These agents have a desire to succeed and are very self-driven.

On top of the fantastic earning potential, you will be offered huge discounts on all Virgin Media and O2 products. Sometimes as much as 85%!

If you don’t have experience, don’t worry! We are very experienced at providing very specific training. All we ask is that you have a passion for helping people and are able to talk on the phone. Computer literacy is also necessary.

We do operate in a call centre environment and work over 7 days. The typical example shift structure is below: (This is subject to change periodically – no late weekend finishes!)
