The Role

We have an exciting new Team Coach Opportunity at our Plymouth contact centre. 

Job Summary

As a Team Coach, our people are your customers and you play a pivotal part in putting your team first and inspiring them to become a loyal customer to our business. Sitel advocate for a People First approach throughout our business with Customer Service as our area of expertise.

It is essential you have passion for management and customer service in order to create an environment for success through regular coaching, engaging and motivating your team and proactively managing your team results. It is also important that you are a confident and experienced leader, with great problem solving skills that can effectively deliver in a fast paced and changeable environment.

In our busy contact centre you will relish the opportunity to learn and develop your skills further by working collaboratively with colleagues, other departments and our Client. You will be a self-assured competent manager with experience in delivering effective HR solutions, from return to works to disciplinary procedures.

To join our crew, we ask that:

· you have experience managing and leading a team (essential)

· you can demonstrate experience in a contact centre (desirable)

· you have confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems and data sets to drive your teams success in delivering business objectives (against KPI’s and metrics)

· you are comfortable with a wide variety of people management tasks and roles.

· you are able to manage your time effectively under pressure

· you are able to demonstrate a good understanding of your role in the wider success of our business

· you are skilled in engaging and motivating a team through open communication, reward and recognition and your ability to role model our core values

What you need to know

· Temporary 3 month contract after which we will review for a temp to perm move based on business requirements and personal performance

· Full Time (37.5 hours/week)

· Start date: Immediate

· Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours which are 8am - 9pm Monday to Sunday

· As a Team Manager, your shifts will follow a rolling seven week rota which mirrors your teams hours

· Pay rate of £21000 - £22,500 per annum dependent on experience plus up to 10% of your annual earnings as a target related bonus.

· 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
