Shift Patterns

Permanent/Temporary Full Time contracts available at 37.5 hours a week. Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours. Monday to Sunday 7am ‘til 11pm. We have 7 week rotations with a combination of early shifts, late shifts and mid shifts, which starts after your training. You can choose from three different 7 week rotations to best suit your work life balance. Late shifts are: 2pm – 11pm, although we are open discussing options with you. As a customer service advisor we aim to publish your shifts 3 weeks in advance. Pay rates vary per client, starting at £7.80 per hour, up to £8.78 per hour. This would be confirmed during your interview screening depending on available roles.

The training period varys per client, and can be between 1 and 6 weeks of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm before moving on to gradbay for a further 1-2 weeks of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm and then after this your shift rotations will begin.

Example shift patterns:

  • Option 1
    3 guaranteed weekends off in 7 week period.
    Week 6 into Week 7 is a 3 day weekend.
    Potential for more weekends off due to flex weeks.
    2 or 3 times in the 7 week period you will work 7 days in a row
  • Option 2
    Never working 7 days in a row, only twice 6 days max.
    Potential for more weekends off due to flex weeks.
    Only 1 fixed weekend off
    Split weekends working either Saturday or Sunday
