Senior Manager Regional HR

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join the EMEA HR Team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of busy team working with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Director of Regional HR in EMEA the Senior Manager, Regional HR, EMEA is a dual role, acting as the HR business partner to EMEA and Global leaders with staff in EMEA and helping to help drive the implementation of Global HR policies, processes within EMEA. The post holder will also help in ensuring that HR objectives are met and Corporate HR policies and processes are implemented effectively and efficiently.

 

They will also be expected to work proactively with the business as well as both country HR Managers and other Directors of Regional HR to ensure effective HR solutions and best practices are communicated and implemented throughout the EMEA Region.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Business Partner 

  • HR Business Partner support to EMEA and Global leaders with staff in EMEA, including recruitment, absence management, discipline, grievance and terminations. 
  • Analyze and recommend Human Resource policies, programs and processes to promote a positive, productive work environment to drive a positive eNPS. 

Regional HR 

  • Contribute to the development of HR policy, strategies and best practices within the EMEA Region and where possible ensure the alignment of HR policies, processes and strategies across the Region. 
  • Participate in Corporate / EMEA HR projects and take responsibility for project work within the EMEA Region including integration workstreams. 
  • Corporate Compliance within the EMEA Region, including investigations and HR support to Security investigations. 
  • HR audits within the EMEA Region, working with internal and external audits teams. 
  • Promote best Practice Sharing across the HR teams within the EMEA Region. 
  • Project management of smaller EMEA HR projects. 

 

Communication

The post holder will regularly communicate with the following individuals/groups; 

  • Director, Regional HR, EMEA 
  • EMEA HR team members 
  • HR Directors and HR Managers across the EMEA Region 
  • Global HR teams 
  • EMEA Operations leaders 
  • EMEA Functional leaders 

 

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resource experience including employee relations, employment legislation, and recruitment/retention programs. 
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment is essential. 
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to business issues. 
  • Must be literate in MS Office and business-related PC programs. 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. 
  • Ability to work in a pressurized fast-moving dynamic organization where priorities change on a frequent basis. 
  • Results orientated with excellent consultancy and customer-facing skills. 
  • Experience of managing an HR team (directly or indirectly) and projects across multiple sites would be an advantage. 
  • International travel may be required.
