SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Global Program Manager – MAX Innovations will coordinate the scoping, design and delivery of employee experience projects in the domain of associate engagement (volunteering activities, UX missions, wellness challenges), gamification & rewards, web 3.0, block chain and crypto technologies.

Reporting the MAX Platforms Director, these projects will be part our employee experience roadmap. The projects will be delivered with an associate centric approach leveraging our crowdsourcing platform to engage our associates in the design and delivery of the solutions. Each project aims at being accessible and available for all Sitel Group associates (160,000+ employees in 45 countries).

The Global _ Program Manager – MAX Innovations will interact with business owners to assess the opportunities and define the requirements, end-users to understand their needs, UX designers and developers to deliver the solutions.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the scoping, business case,  MVP definition (MVP) & future releases, of each projects.
  • Develop expertise and knowledge on new technologies and methods. Take time to discover and learn about new technologies, platforms and methods (meeting with partners, experts, trainings, etc).
  • Oversees and coordinates different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and resources are optimized.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicate with Managers and executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
  • Assess risk and manage mitigating actions
  • Develop the governance of each project and ensure each stakeholders understand their role and contribution
  • Motivate a team of people involved in the projects (recognition, rewards and positive energy). Identify gaps of knowledge and organize learning actions.
  • Define the communication approach for large-scale programs (webinar, newsletter, articles, etc.)
  • Produce reporting and regular updates.

Education

  • University/College Degree or relevant experience

Certifications and Licenses

  • Certifications or Trainings in the domain of Web 3.0, Blockchain, Crypto (advantageous)
  • External Methodologies (advantageous). Examples: Scrum, PMP, Change Management, ITIL, Prince 2 & SDLC.

Languages
