ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Project Planning, Estimation, Risk Management, Project Control and Visibility includes (but is not limited to) the following:
- Define and Document the Project Plan, including project timelines
- Define and Document the Project Requirements
- Maintain and Communicate the Project Risks and Contingency Plans
- Maintain and Communicate the Project Schedule and Status
- Tracking and ensuring project tasks are completed
- Responsible for analysis and management of projects of high complexity and impact to the overall business of the company and determining and recommending best possible technical solutions for projects.
- Analyze new projects so as to determine Infrastructure requirements. Comprehend requirements from other Sykes organizations, including Operations, Facilities, Global Networks, IS/IT and Security.
- Document, Communicate and Resolve Project/Product Related Needs and Issues of each Entity
- Organize and facilitate Project Reviews
- Responsible for the cross-organizational communication of efforts with Operations, Facilities, Global Networks, IS/IT, Security; and between Third-Party Vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong project management experience
- An in-depth knowledge of environmental support requirements for Information Technology
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Telephony, Network, Systems and Security planning
- Knowledge of data center operations and the call center industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak effectively before senior leadership, and employees of the organization
- IT related project management and analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English, ability to communicate (written and verbal)
- Ability to lead and supervise technical and operational project teams
