Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting Supervisor serves as the primary owner of recruitment success within a B&M site in North America. This role will directly supervise key recruiting support functions within a site, including but not limited to the site Interviewer. Serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner to near-shore recruiting resources. The role will develop, in partnership with key stakeholders, the sourcing and recruiting strategy to meet hourly (agent) hiring needs for Sitel. Works in conjunction with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and monitors goals related to consistent metrics, including: client ramps, fill rates, cost per hire, applicant to hire ratios, 0-90 day attrition, throughput, and other key items as required. Key responsibility is ensuring a positive candidate experience and conversion at all stages of the funnel for continuous improvement. Responsible for onsite training and follow-up for all hiring processes to ensure optimization and compliance.  The person selected would possess strong communication skills, with the ability to speak to small and large groups alike both internally and out in the community. The Recruiting Supervisor will represent site recruiting on client ramp, workforce management, and other client staffing related meetings. This role will develop and maintain relationships with candidates, agencies, social media platforms, organizations, internal and external partners to build a large scale network that will drive applicant flow and assist in achieving site recruitment success. Utilize, monitor, and ensure process compliance related to the recruiting lifecycle including but not limited to: ATS system, Interviewing, Onboarding, Hiring, and client deliverables.  Strive to continuously improve, solve, own and drive recruitment results and goals. This position is critical to overall site success.

 

Education:  High School Diploma; some College preferred.

 

Experience Target:  Minimum of 1 year in a related Human Resources, Recruiting, or Office Management role; preferably with a BPO or high-volume recruiting industry. Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead direct reports.

 

Skills:  

  • Good verbal communication skills (active listening, speaks with confidence, uses proper etiquette, uses appropriate grammar/tone/inflection, displays appropriate temperament in conversations, relays information in a concise and logical manner, encourages an open exchange of ideas and opinions)

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (Applicant tracking systems, HRIS, etc.)

  • Strong planning and organization skills especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks

  • Execute an in-depth understanding of behavioral interviewing skills and candidate evaluation techniques

  • Effective time management skills (multi-tasks, prioritizes work tasks, utilizes resources effectively/efficiently, adapts to changing work demands/priorities/environments)

  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable to change and take direction and feedback

  • Ability to communicate and interact with a wide variety of people and personalities
