We are currently looking for a Director HR Business Partner.  This role will be located in our corporate  headquarters in downtown Nashville, TN.

The Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate Function is responsible for developing, aligning and executing HR initiatives, in partnership with Global HR subject matter experts, to support Corporate functional teams.  This role is also responsible for coordinating HR support for Corporate employees working in foreign markets as needed.  In addition this role will have frequent contact with Global Executive Team members, and will be part of the Corporate HR leadership team reporting directly to the Global CHRO.


Additional primary functions of this job include:


  • Works directly with global functional leaders to define and execute human capital strategies to attract, engage, retain and develop their people.  This include providing guidance regarding effective organizational structure, pay strategies and organizing employee engagement action plans.
  • Responsible for all people compliance activates for corporate staff in four corporate office locations and virtual corporate employees in North America including policies and administrative processes. 
  • Expected to be key driver for culture and diversity initiatives across all groups supported.
  • Will own mobility programs for all expat and/or internal moves involving US based employees including immigration, policies and administration. 
  • Directly manage team of two.


Education:  4-year college degree in human resources or business or equivalent experience and education, Master’s degree in related field preferred and/or SPHR certification. 


Experience Target: 

  • 10-15 years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources management with at least 5-7 years’ experience working as a Human Resources leader supporting senior leadership teams in a Corporate/HQ environment. 
  • Extensive experience in associate relations, learning and development, and problem/conflict resolution.
  • Experience demonstrating extensive knowledge and application of current employment laws required, including Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA. 
  • Experience managing, coaching, and developing others.
