Sitel Group’s goal is to help our clients succeed in building loyal relationships with their customers, whether by implementing digital transformations when appropriate, to helping manage voice call complexity when a digital experience is insufficient.  The Global Human Resources team provides guidance to human resources and leadership teams across 27 countries to help them carry out these goals, and oversight for our global executive team as they build a framework of shared commitment and shared values.



The Global Senior Compensation Analyst supports the global compensation team’s partnership with regional and country-level human resources leadership.  Our primary function is to understand local or business unit specific needs, guide them through assessing alternatives, and provide support on implementing reward programs.  Assessing compensation competitiveness and helping ensure processes are efficient, fair, and legally compliant are the cornerstones of the role. 


The position reports to the global leader of compensation, and has regular exposure to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer.



Administration duties (approximately 40%) - Includes management of salary survey activities (purchases, participation, and data aggregation), maintaining participant lists for global incentive programs, resolving job evaluation and regulatory issues (monitoring pay equity, etc.) , providing pay guidance to managers and HR partners, and ensuring accuracy of centralized information repositories (SuccessFactors, etc.).


Implementation duties (approximately 40%) - Often include design, documentation, and rollout of communication and training materials, answering questions from HR partners and general management, ensuring accurate payouts, and audits of program compliance.


Compensation Program Analysis, Evaluation, and Design duties (approximately 20%) - Independently investigate regional or functional unit pay practices, identify and collect relevant data, and construct models to project costs and assess program effectiveness.  Based on findings and input from peers, highlight best practices.  Partner with Regional Compensation to ensure alignment on design proposals. 


Supervisory (Ad-hoc) - No direct or indirect reports, but successfully influencing peers is necessary for success.


Financial (Ad-hoc) - No direct budget ownership, but responsible for recommending courses of action or overseeing processes where consequences of error can be substantial.



Minimum - Four-year college degree, plus two years of relevant experience in an individual contributor compensation role.   Demonstrated progression in managing base pay, incentive administration, regulatory compliance (e.g. FLSA, etc.).  Ability to manage priorities, progress toward annual goals, and build effective relationships with peers.  Strong Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel) skills necessary, plus familiarity with cloud-based HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or similar).


Preferred - Advanced degree in related discipline, plus five years of relevant experience in a global compensation role.  Proficiency in verbal communications and the assembly, formatting and presentation of management communications. Applied experience in global compensation support, virtual collaboration across country borders, and compliance testing.  CCP or GCP designation or specialized training or education.



Travel - Domestic and international travel may be required, though less than 10% of total time.  Ability to travel via all major modes of transportation.


Working Conditions - Normal office environment.  Significant time will be spent interacting virtually with colleagues across time zones and cultures.
