TSC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to create digital transformations that help our clients exceed their business objectives and provide excellent customer experiences.  The Solutions Engineer leads the digital transformation process and be the bridge between the Sales and Delivery teams.  The Solutions Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal counterparts and prospect/client stakeholders throughout the sales and product development cycles.

Successful applicants are comfortable in client-facing engagements and can translate their business objectives into solutions. They can work on many projects simultaneously, are well organized, and can rapidly switch without losing a step. TSC, started eight years ago in France and now help clients with a full range of solutions ranging from social media strategy to building user communities, to mapping customer journeys. For the past three years we’ve been building the brand in North America and working with existing Sitel clients to develop new solutions and strategies.

  • Provide pre-sales support
  • Assist with functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Assist with solution pricing process
  • Provide high-level visuals and diagrams of solution designs
  • Be responsible for product demonstrations (chatbots, Community platforms, V-IVR, etc.) to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
  • Provide technical support to the delivery team:
  • Lead technical meetings
  • Evaluate technical partnerships
  • Select technical profiles (core team members and contractors) and control their work
  • Design technical processes and documentations for project managers and developers

  • Ability to develop unique ideas and solutions that align with business objectives
  • Previous experience as a Solution Architect or Technical lead. Broad technology knowledge, having worked in digital marketing, and/or custom development projects
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technology-centric marketing services agency with a rapidly expanding customer base and able to present to potential prospects
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to be strategic, analytical, creative, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Expert skills in PowerPoint, Excel and graphic design programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent with over 7 years of overall experience
  • Must be able to work from our office in Miami and ability to  travel as needed
