Primary Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for collaborating with Sitel internal operations to develop new and updated content for the compilation and completion of RFP/RFI/Capability documents and Presentations for the organization.  This includes writing, editing, proofreading, pagination and spell checking large client-facing and internal documents.  Role will be required to liaise with and manage subject matter experts from all areas of internal operations, including Human Resources, Training, Account Management, Workforce Management, Operations, Solutions, IT, etc., relative to completing and maintaining business documentation provided to potential and current clients, as well as internal groups.  Manage the indexing and cross-referencing of information obtained from multiple sources and ensure content is kept updated.  Understand call center operations, capabilities, non-capabilities and gaps in addressing the proper answers to RFP questions.  Help maintain a database of such material. Assist the Solution Planning team with various marketing assignments, including analyst surveys compilation, proofreading documents, whitepapers, case studies etc. and creative sessions.



Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.


Experience Target:

2+ years experience in contact center operations or similar bid management/proposal development role, as well as business communications writing.  Preference in content development and management, as well as editing/creating RFP and RFI responses.  Experience in working with sales organizations



Able to translate contact center operations into advanced writing and business communications.  Good editing and proof reading skills. Skilled with managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.



Experience in contact center operations; Experience creating electronic presentations (PowerPoint) and documents using word processing and desktop publishing applications.



Exposure to contact center, digital solutions, Internet, e-commerce, logistics, distribution or customer management solutions a plus.  Exposure to services industry a plus.
