Position Summary

 

Sitel has an opportunity for a dedicated Analyst Relations Manager (AR Manager) to join our dynamic Corporate Marketing team in Miami.

 

Working in close collaboration with the Head of Product and Brand Marketing you will establish relationships with influential analysts, analyst community (Gartner, ISG, Everest, Forrester and others alike) and become a valuable conduit of intelligence regarding competitors, market trends and new technologies. As AR Manager you will handle the collection, analysis, and reporting of large, complex sets of internal data, translate the data into a compelling story (e.g. Power Point Deck) showcasing Sitel Group’s capabilities and share it with relevant analysts that consult with large businesses. You will be responsible will be facilitating a two-way communications process between internal messaging experts and the industry analysts and ensuring that Sitel Group is invited to participate, and is well represented as a result of participation, in appropriate RFIs.

 

This is a highly collaborative role in which you will lead the development and implementation of the Annual Analyst Relations Activity Plan. This role is high profile, a key part of Sitel Group’s digital transformation, and will work closely with Senior Executives/Stakeholders globally.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Develop responses to analyst generated RFIs:

  • Liaise with business functions globally to obtain required information.
  • Collate data across markets, ensuring our global business is accurately represented.
  • Devise a compelling narrative based on data presented and use this to create briefing decks.
  • Set clear timelines internally to ensure RFIs are completed efficiently.
  • Facilitate briefing meetings between senior leaders and Analysts.
  • Follow up with Analysts to ensure all RFI questions are answered.
  • The AR Manager will establish influencing industry analysts with positive company messages that will lead to highly qualified business opportunities.

Develop and implement Analyst Engagement Calendar:

  • In collaboration with others, create the annual engagement calendar.
  • Own the implementation of the agreed calendar, ensuring activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Onboard other internal team members to agreed activities as relevant.
  • Review impact of activity and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement towards business goals.

Build ongoing relationships with relevant analysts:

  • Meet with Analysts on a recurring basis to build strong working relationships and ensure that Sitel Group is maximizing the opportunities that exist to share our story.
  • Leverage relationships to ensure that Sitel is invited to participate in all relevant RFIs.
  • Create opportunities to share Sitel’s products and services with Advisors to ensure they are deeply familiar with Sitel Groups offering and able to recommend us to their clients.

 

 

 Qualifications

 

  • Experience establishes great rapport with industry analysts.
  • Corporate marketing experience.
  • Have a firm grasp of the target market and understand corporate positioning and product messaging.
  • Experience establishes great rapport with industry analysts.
  • 5 years’ experience working with a fast-paced, results based environment; Solutions, Services B2B.
  • Strong team player with can-do attitude, ability to build collaborative working relationships across geographies, business units and virtual teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to ability to effectively manipulate and analyze data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations, understanding the value in presentation design and aesthetics.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present to Senior Leadership across the organization.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Methodical organizational, decision-making and prioritization skills.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • BPO contact center, partners experiece preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
